Job Description

Opportunity available for Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software testing environments, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is critical in driving operational improvements for the future state of test environment provisioning. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to define frameworks, streamline processes, implement controls, and improve communication across all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational improvement efforts for test environment management and provisioning
• Define frameworks and develop guidelines to support standardized environment operations
• Drive process improvements across testing, deployment, and environment coordination workflows
• Implement control mechanisms to ensure operational quality, consistency, and audit readiness
• Enhance communication and transparency between QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Act as a liaison across technical and non-technical teams to align environment strategy with delivery timelines
• Support monitoring efforts to ensure application availability and performance
• Apply best practices in SDLC, change management, and parallel development coordination

Required Knowledge (Understanding Only – Hands-on not required):

• Database backup and restore operations
• Code merge, deployment, and configuration management
• Application/API architecture and virtual services
• Challenges of managing multiple, parallel development environments
• Batch processing workflows and common troubleshooting
• Test data generation and data virtualization approaches

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Process Engineer, or similar role
• Strong background in process analysis, optimization, and documentation
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance measurement practices
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication, presentation, and reporting
• Conflict resolution and issue escalation experience
• JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking tools
• Experience with SDLC and QA environments
• Strong understanding of SLA management and resource alignment

ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $60.00 - $70.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
