Job Description
Summary We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage onboarding & offboarding processes for both internal employees and vendor personnel. In this role, you will ensure all HR documentation, system access, equipment, and training requirements are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and document onboarding workflows for new hires (both vendor and internal).
Set up employee records in the HRIS system.
Partner with HR to track new hire progress through background checks, drug testing, and readiness for start dates.
Coordinate with operations teams to assign appropriate system access for each new hire group.
Track and document onboarding status, including hardware, software, and training completion.
Administer onboarding paperwork and provide necessary materials to new employees.
Must Have Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed for sourcing and recruitment.
Background in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
