Job Description

A Sr.   Land Development Project Manager responsible for   managing site development projects with a focus on residential, commercial, and retail infrastructure projects across South Florida.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering



• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred.



• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development design 



• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office



• Strong written and verbal communication skills



• Familiarity with Florida development regulations and permitting agencies

Skills & Experience:

• Lead civil site development efforts including site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility design



• Prepare and review plans for paving, drainage, water and sewer systems, and fire protection infrastructure



• Coordinate permitting processes with municipal, county, and state agencies



• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stormwater calculations, and erosion control planning



• Collaborate with planners, architects, environmental consultants, and construction teams



• Develop cost estimates and prepare bid documents

Pay: $90K - $120K, open to Contract, Contract to Direct or Direct hire.
