Proclinical is seeking a Sr Administrative Assistant to support leadership in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating meetings, collaborating with global colleagues, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires someone who can work independently and manage complex projects effectively.

The Sr Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with administrators, business leaders, and global colleagues.
• Coordinate and execute actions from leadership team meetings.
• Design, plan, and execute moderate to large-scale meetings and off-sites.
• Direct administrative activities and develop organizational procedures.
• Represent the department through written and verbal communication.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Work autonomously on diverse assignments and special projects.
