Position Overview
The Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in bringing sophisticated commercial and hospitality interior projects to life. Working closely with the Studio Lead and Design Director, this position supports all phases of the design process—from concept through completion.
This role requires collaboration with high-profile clients, such as owners of sports clubs and leaders in finance and private wealth, and calls for an ability to translate unique visions into refined, tailored spaces. Mathias Collective does not follow a single aesthetic; the work requires high-end, bespoke design decisions that meet our clients' aesthetic and operational needs.
Mathias Might Be a Good Fit If…

You bring the rare combination of technical mastery and creative intuition and lead with both. You’re confident managing complex projects, producing construction documents and three-dimensional models, and navigating client needs. Your ability to see the big picture and fine details has earned lasting trust and fans from clients and collaborators alike.
Now, you’re looking for your next chapter where you can stretch your creative thinking, elevate your technical voice, and contribute to beautiful and strategic work. You want to work with a team that values design excellence, forward-thinking processes, and meaningful collaboration.
