As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Residential Roofing and Siding Salesperson to join our team.

Your Role

As a Residential Salesperson, you'll be the face of CRS for homeowners looking to improve or repair their homes. You’ll meet with customers, assess their roofing and siding needs, provide solutions, and close deals that reflect the integrity and professionalism our company is known for.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Conduct roof and siding inspections
• Educate homeowners on products, materials, warranties, and services
• Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and proposals
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality job completion
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in roofing, siding, or home improvement sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs
• Basic understanding of construction materials and techniques (a plus)
