Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process across a variety of departments and roles. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct intake meetings and provide market intelligence and hiring insights.
  • Use data to drive recruiting strategies and decisions; report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain and optimize usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and operations to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions and delivering results in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Avionte) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on hiring decisions.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and diversity sourcing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry-specific recruiting experience (e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services).
  • Experience developing job descriptions and employer branding content.
  • Bilingual or multilingual (as relevant to your workforce or client base).
