A high-profile family in Austin, TX is seeking a Private Chef to create exceptional culinary experiences for the Principal and their children. This is a full-time, onsite role with flexible hours and the potential to stay as needed for dinners or events. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and skilled at managing both everyday meals and special gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breakfast, lunches, dinners, school lunches, and snacks for the family, with meals that can be both prepped and served sit-down.
• Plan, manage, and budget groceries while minimizing food waste.
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager to ensure smooth household operations and meal planning.
• Design and execute private dinners and events at the home, ranging from casual family meals to formal gatherings.
• Focus on Italian and French cuisine while accommodating health and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, flavor, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a private chef or in high-level culinary roles with family households.
• Expertise in Mediterranean, French, and Italian cuisine including clean, low carb, high protein expertise.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing grocery budgets and food inventory.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to dynamic family schedules.
• Professional, discreet, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence.

Salary:

$80,000–$100,000
