Our company is seeking pharmacy technicians to work in a pharmaceutical distribution compliance role. This position will support the compliance officer and work closely with the controlled substance portfolio of products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist compliance officer with the implementation of regulatory aligned programs, including systems, processes and practices to ensure organizational compliance with legal and governing agencies. Work at the direction of the compliance officer to onboard pharmacy customers
* Support pharmaceutical compliance initiatives by implementing regulatory research on pharmacies and the prescribers
* Work with customers and suppliers to ensure overall regulatory compliance
* Verify and evaluate pharmacy customer licensing
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives in support of company quality management programs
