The Role:
We are seeking a Hybrid MEP Manager with a strong background in electrical or MEP construction to lead project delivery across multiple high-value data center builds. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has experience managing large-scale projects from a General Contractor or Subcontractor perspective.

This is a hybrid position: work from home with travel twice a week to project sites across the U.S. to lead meetings, coordinate with project teams, and engage directly with end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary MEP lead representing the owner across multiple data center projects.
• Oversee and coordinate electrical and mechanical scopes from design through commissioning.
• Lead project meetings, site walks, and technical reviews with contractors and clients.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, construction execution, and client expectations.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across different states approximately 2 times per week .

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in MEP or electrical construction.
• Background in General Contracting or Subcontracting on data center projects $250M+.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and mission critical infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in managing field teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and work independently in a hybrid environment.
