Our team at Express Employment Professionals is conducting a search on behalf of a leading national distributor of exterior and interior building materials. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in a full-time, direct-hire capacity.

A leading national distributor of exterior and interior building materials is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a dynamic role focused on building long-term relationships with residential and commercial contractors while offering industry-leading products and support.

What You'll Do:

• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with contractor customers
• Analyze customer buying patterns and utilize sales data to identify new opportunities
• Make outbound calls and follow up on sales leads to schedule appointments with prospects
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide solutions to service-related concerns
• Offer product and service training to customers and their teams
• Guide customers through the credit application process as needed
• Follow up on accounts to ensure timely payments and manage collections when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• College degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Industry knowledge preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (MVR check and insurance required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
