Job Description

Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. This full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional light overtime) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a mission-driven team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that client orders are accurately received, documented, and delivered to the lab in a timely manner—supporting our commitment to analytical integrity and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming sample shipments to ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Verify order details against pre-sales documentation and assess submission completeness in our CRM, HubSpot
• Accurately enter order data into internal systems for tracking and processing
• Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and phone to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates
• Maintain organized records of all incoming orders to support lab operations
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
• Collaborate with lab personnel to ensure timely and accurate sample processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; A.A or B.S. in biology or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in science or lab work is beneficial
