Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing campaign initiatives across digital, social, and brand marketing. This individual will support the marketing team by managing social media calendars, coordinating content creation efforts, scheduling email and web assets, and maintaining marketing materials. They will work cross-functionally with Creative Services, the Digital team, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and execution of marketing plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to keeping marketing efforts on track, on brand, and aligned with each brand’s strategic goals.
Major Duties:
Ø Support the marketing team in executing strategic plans, brand campaigns, and content initiatives.
Ø Utilize task management systems to track daily assignments and ensure timely project completion.
Ø Assist in organizing content creation efforts, including CGI, photo/video shoots, and asset coordination.
Ø Manage and maintain monthly social media calendars and schedule/post content across all platforms.
Ø Oversee email marketing content scheduling.
Ø Track and manage invoices, budgets, and vendor relationships to support brand marketing efforts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and sales support materials.
Ø Assist with copywriting and proofreading for web, email, and social content.
Ø Coordinate distribution of digital materials like newsletters, lookbooks, and training guides.
Ø Conduct market research to support content planning and identify trends.
Ø Track performance of social and email campaigns, reporting key insights.
Ø Help plan and execute events including trade shows, retail activations, and photoshoots.
Ø Work with vendors and media partners to manage advertising timelines and deliverables.
Ø Support campaign execution through task tracking and asset scheduling.
Ø Work with Creative Services to plan tasks, timelines, and asset development.
Ø Partner with the Digital team on performance metrics, web updates, and digital tasks.
Ø Assist in preparing marketing decks and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Ø Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
Ø 3-5 years relevant work experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ø Familiar with our products as well as competitive lines.
Ø Outstanding organizational skills; well organized and self-directed with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ø Must have a strong sense of personal accountability; taking ownership of initiatives and delivering top quality results.
Ø Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision.
Ø Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive and client focused attitude.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
Ø Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) especially Publisher and PowerPoint. Advanced experience with Adobe Acrobat software.
Ø Ability to travel as required.
Environmental/Physical Demands:
Ø Office environment, no specific or unusual environmental or physical demands.
Ø Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day
Ø Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
Ø Prolonged periods of looking at a computer monitor or digital screen
Ø Must be able to maintain focus and visual attention for long durations while performing computer based tasks
