Now Hiring: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a strategic and driven Supply Chain Manager to lead critical operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship across cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational and financial goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and build effective inventory plans
• Support global inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure consistent material availability
• Drive inventory accuracy by implementing cycle count programs and process discipline, with a goal of maintaining >90% accuracy
• Identify gaps between forecasted and actual inventory levels and take corrective action
• Re-establish and standardize Supplier Quality practices
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality and compliance audits
• Oversee receiving, internal materials movement, stockroom management, and shipping operations
• Proactively identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering
• 6–10 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations
• Background in lean manufacturing principles
• Demonstrated experience managing both salaried and hourly teams
• Strong vendor management and planning skills
• Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred
• Servant leadership mindset with a focus on team development and operational excellence
