We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support our domestic trucking operations. This role is responsible for managing freight quotes, coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate billing, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Experience with freight forwarding processes is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate domestic trucking shipments from pickup to delivery
• Provide timely and professional customer service to clients and partners
• Prepare and manage freight quotes and rate requests
• Process billing and documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
• Support freight forwarding operations and documentation as needed
Key Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and solution-oriented approach
• Solid understanding of domestic trucking operations
• Experience with quoting and billing in a logistics environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures and documentation
• Experience with WMS or logistics software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive shipments
