Job Title: Land Coordinator

Location: On Site - Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Land Acquisition and Land Development teams.
  • Track contracts, agreements, due diligence materials, and entitlement documents.
  • Assist in preparing LOIs, purchase agreements, exhibits, and closing packages.
  • Maintain and update project tracking spreadsheets and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with title companies, municipalities, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Help manage key dates, deadlines, permitting timelines, and deliverables.
  • Compile and submit documentation for city/county applications, permits, and approvals.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for all active and archived land deals.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in land acquisition, land development, real estate, or construction administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, entitlements, or municipal permitting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and public officials.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and innovative land development practices.
  • Experience in preparing city/county applications and permits.
