Your New Role

You’ll be the go-to HVAC Service Technician for HVAC systems across South Houston, handling warranty service calls, preventive maintenance, and system troubleshooting for residential clients.

• Perform repairs under manufacturer and installer warranties

• Replace failed components like motors, capacitors, control boards, and sensors

• Conduct seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance

• Track refrigerant pressures, amp draws, airflow, and more to optimize performance

• Maintain detailed logs and submit accurate warranty claims

• Educate homeowners and property managers on system use and upgrades

Location: Field-based in South Houston, TX (League City, Pearland, Sugar Land, Missouri City)

• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently in the field
