Extension is seeking a 2nd Shift Human Resources Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Employ a tactical approach toward human resources role for the site, maintaining close relationships while overseeing the daily workflow of the department with a strategic mindset
• Provides constructive support and timely performance evaluations, talent review, and development for the teams
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team regarding recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement of all human resources processes to improve efficiency and employee services while balancing overall costs

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is desired
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred

Compensation & Details

• $90,000 - $116,000 based on experience
• 5% yearly bonus
• 2nd shift - 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday
• Remote on Friday's after 3 months!
