Responsibilities

• Develop compelling digital, print, and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, advertisements, packaging, retail POP displays, and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare final production files.
• Design and layout packaging materials.
• Conduct final reviews and resizing of designs.
• Proofread marketing content and design materials.
• Organize, archive, and manage digital assets.
• Review and approve design files, troubleshoot production issues, and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Collaborate on and manage the creation of design mock-ups.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and freelance designers.
• Foster and maintain strong partnerships vendors

Experience

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse and robust portfolio.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a design team.
• Proficient in creating assets across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Strong background in consumer packaging, point-of-purchase (POP), and retail design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Planogram software, photo editing, and video editing tools.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
