If you're a licensed embalmer, funeral director, or mortuary science student ready to elevate your career — this is your shot at something bigger. We’re working with a rapidly growing embalming, transport, and cremation service that supports over 200 funeral homes, coroners, and medical institutions across a wide regional network. They're currently expanding their team — and the opportunity is high-paced, back-of-house focused, and built for long-term professional growth. Why This Role Stands Out:

• $60K - 100K compensation (yes, some staff are already earning 6 figures)
• ⏰ On-call about 6 nights/month — firefighter-style schedule
• Every other weekend is a 3- or 4-day weekend ‍♂️
• No travel required — work is entirely based in one central, well-equipped facility
• Hands-on experience with complex, high-skill cases
• Clean, modern facility with top-of-the-line HVAC and prep environment
• Future ownership/succession potential for the right long-term fit
• Ongoing mentorship in advanced skills like facial reconstruction

Annual Volume:

• ~1,500 cremations/year
• ⚰️ ~1,100 embalming's/year
