Executive Assistant

Location: Overland Park, KS

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (40–50 hours/week, with flexibility as needed)

Overview

A dynamic private equity and family office investment firm is seeking an energetic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support key executives and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. This role reflects the strategic importance of executive support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support : Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and handle expense reporting.
  • Office Operations : Provide light IT support, assist with website updates, and oversee event planning for quarterly, annual, and holiday gatherings.
  • Administrative Tasks : Handle miscellaneous tasks and occasional personal errands for executives.
  • HR & Team Collaboration : Offer backup support for HR functions and collaborate with the Office Assistant
  • Communication & Coordination : Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless scheduling and logistics.

Tools & Technology

  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
