Director of People & Culture!

Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming our innovative beverage platform business? We're seeking a visionary Director of People & Culture to craft and execute groundbreaking HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. If you're passionate about fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture and driving business results through strategic people initiatives, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership: Shape and implement people strategies aligned with our ambitious growth plans. Partner with executive leadership to design our organizational future and champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment strategies to build stellar technical and commercial teams. Streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and develop onboarding programs that set new hires up for success.

Performance & Development: Create performance management systems, training programs, and recognition initiatives that boost employee engagement and career growth. Coach managers to become exceptional leaders.

HR Operations & Compliance: Manage competitive compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle employee relations with professionalism.

Culture & Engagement: Cultivate a vibrant company culture that embodies our values and drives innovation. Lead engagement initiatives that make our workplace a great place to be.

Team Leadership: Mentor and grow our People and Culture team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive people-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

8-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 3+ years in director-level roles. Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth technology companies.

Expertise in all core HR functions and experience with HR systems and analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Experience with Sales and commission structures a plus.

Ability to work at least 3 days per week from our San Francisco HQ.
