Job Description

A growing multifamily investment firm is seeking a Director of Acquisitions/ Regional Director to lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities across Texas, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado. This is a strategic role focused on expanding the firm’s footprint in key growth markets.

*This role can be based remotely in Dallas or in Atlanta*

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities across target markets
• Lead financial underwriting, market analysis, and due diligence processes
• Prepare investment memos and present opportunities to the investment committee
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and market contacts
• Collaborate with asset management and capital markets teams on deal structuring and execution
• Track market trends, deal flow, and competitive activity in assigned regions

Travel:

• This role will require frequent travel to evaluate properties in your assigned region
• If based in Dallas, you will also travel to the firm's HQ in Atlanta on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in multifamily acquisitions or real estate private equity
• Strong financial modeling and market analysis skills
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals in target markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree a plus
