Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Support

Location: Livermore, CA

Work Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM PST

Pay rate : $30 to $35/hr on W2

Job Description:

Interacts with customers, internal account teams, and field service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions for both domestic and international clients.
Engages in extensive direct customer interactions and is responsible for processing customer orders in SAP with expediency and accuracy, including machine-down orders, RMAs, exchanges, and service orders.
Responsible for order entry, validation, and monitoring to ensure orders meet delivery schedules.
Experienced in outbound and reverse order processing.
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

1–2 years of SAP order processing and call center experience
Highly responsible with strong follow-through on tasks
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Strong SAP knowledge
Flexible and adaptable to different situations and work schedules
