My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a CAD Drafter for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Sanford, NC. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $32-37
• This is a hybrid role (3 Days on site – 2 Days Remote)
• Create, revise, and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings for capital projects across the site.
• Ensure adherence to drawing standards and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficient understanding drawings for electrical, mechanical, piping, architectural, and utility systems.
• Strong background in project coordination or engineering support, with exposure to project management practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or other regulatory standards is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in CAD drafting, project coordination, and/or project management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial engineering environments.
• Understanding of capital project workflows, documentation control, and project lifecycle management.
