Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Austin, TX for a Clinical Research Coordinator II. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical trials, ensuring protocol adherence, and managing informed consent processes. Tasks also include liaising between patients and the research team, maintaining accurate and organized study records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes day-to-day patient interaction and data collection, as well as supporting the research team in administrative duties.

Qualifications

Experience with Informed Consent and Protocol adherence
Background in Clinical Research Experience and Clinical Trials
Phlebotomy experience is a must
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years coordinating clinical trials
Experience leading multiple trials simultaneously
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
