C-Suite EA - Nonprofit - $100k-$120k

Special nonprofit based in the heart of Orange County is seeking a confident, poised, and experienced Executive Assistant .

This mission driven organization focused on education makes a difference in hundreds of lives across California every year - and this is YOUR chance to make a difference too! In this role, you'll support a visionary C-suite leader in spearheading key initiatives that will directly and meaningfully impact this organization's clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing heavy calendar of commitments
• Preparing daily/weekly meeting prep materials
• Taking/disseminating meeting notes
• Working closely with the organization's board of directors, including handling meeting logistics and materials
• Booking travel arrangements when requested
• Executing special projects and events

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience supporting executives, preferably C-suite executives
• Background in nonprofits/foundations + experience working with boards (meetings/materials)
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
• Advanced technical skills (MS Office Suite)
• Heart to give back + passion for education
• *Bachelors degree is strongly preferred

This role is currently operating on a hybrid schedule (approximately 3 days in-office // 2 days remote).
