  • Lead go-to-market execution, including product positioning, pricing, packaging, claims, and development of promotional and training materials
  • Manage marketing operations, ensuring efficient setup and timely execution of product launches, campaigns, and asset deployment across channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Creative, Sales, Logistics, and international teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support sales and influencer teams with impactful messaging, tools, and campaigns tailored for the U.S. market
  • Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and category performance to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategy
  • Monitor product and brand performance, conduct SWOT analyses, and lead annual brand reviews to guide strategic decision-making
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including recommendations on line extensions, discontinuations, reformulations, and overall portfolio optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably within beauty, skincare, wellness, or nutrition industries
  • Proven success managing multiple product categories with a strong understanding of product lifecycles, go-to-market strategies, and campaign execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally across creative, R&D, logistics, and international teams
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the Hispanic market in the U.S., with the ability to tailor messaging and campaigns to resonate with this audience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer-driven or direct selling business models is a plus
