As the Bar Tender & Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations while also coordinating and executing events that attract and engage patrons. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced skill set—combining bar tending experience with strong organizational and social media marketing abilities. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, increasing foot traffic through promotions and events, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Schedule:
· Event/Business Management: Tuesdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Bar Tending: Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
· Mix and serve drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
· Oversee bar inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
· Plan, organize, and manage weekly and monthly events.
· Use social media platforms to promote events and increase customer engagement.
· Collaborate with management to develop new promotions and marketing strategies.
· Train and supervise bar staff as necessary.
· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in bar tending, hospitality, and customer service.
· Experience in event planning or coordination.
· Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
