Location: Norwalk, CT/Remote (hybrid)

Summary

Join our client as an Associate Study Manager, Clinical Operations. You will play a critical role in leading the operational planning and execution of translational research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data on time and within budget. As a key member of our Clinical Operations team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of multiple myeloma patients and contribute to the advancement of our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage all aspects of study execution, including protocol development, feasibility assessments, site selection, and budget planning
  • Oversee study design, planning, and execution, including writing and reviewing study protocols and informed consent forms
  • Manage study budgets, track expenses, and prepare study reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study progress and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with studies
  • Develop and facilitate requests for proposals (RFPs) for study vendors

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline required; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, or CRO related/oncology clinical study operations experience
  • Experience working with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and/or other external vendors
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage study teams and external vendors effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10%)
