THE POSITION
The Assistant General Manager leads the sales and customer service function for a grouping of assets with a combined unit count between 200-600 units. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Manhattan submarket as evidenced by tenure at Class A, high rise asset(s) for a period of 3-5 years. This role reports directly to the General Manager or Sr. Community Manager and will provide leadership to the front of house team.
